Make these gorgeous show-stopping ginger lime glazed shortbread cookies decorated with edible flowers. See my guide for How to Press + Dry Flowers and Cannabis Leaves to lightly press organic edible geranium flowers. The flowers don’t need to be completely dry to decorate the cookies, but it does help if they’re pressed flat. Press ahead at least an hour or two before making the cookies so you have flat flowers that will stick onto the cookies.

Geraniums are loved for their bright colors and long blooming season. I’m often able to find and forage geraniums long after other blooms have withered.
