Ringing in 2025 with a new look.
Much like clothes that just don’t fit right or don’t feel like you anymore, it feels like time to let go and make space for new possibilities.
The version of me who designed the original look three years ago is a completely different person than who I am today. The original logo was hastily designed late at night on Canva, in a cramped corner of my kitchen fueled by Cherry Moon by Moon Made Farms. It's time for a glow up.
I’m terrified of what the future will bring after January 20. My coping mechanism is walling myself in with rainbows.
Reflect the bullshit from the outside into rainbows on the inside. That’s the idea anyway.
I bought all the iridescent rainbow window wall clings and whimsical stickers I could find and covered almost every window in the house.
How are you coping right now?

Behind the Design
You know that feeling of being utterly and completely lost in the joy of munchies? That’s the vibe. It's slurping down a bowl of late night ramen, or biting down on a pillowy sugar-dusted jam-filled doughnut. Just like the flavors and textures of good food, the font and color palette is luscious, vibrant, and sultry.
This time I’m fueled by the last precious nugs of Moon Made Farms Tuscan Gelato.
Designed to be soft and bright, loud yet subtle. The rainbow gradient symbolizes new beginnings, hope, happiness, calm, peace, and transition. In Norse and Greek mythology, rainbows are thought to be secret pathways to various worlds and alternate realities.
There's no visual hints of w**d to avoid the AI c*nsorship p*lice, or draw unnecessary attention. It feels like an appropriate cloak to navigate the approaching sh!tstorm and unknowns ahead in 2025.
After every storm, there’s a rainbow.

Feeling inspired to wall yourself in with rainbows too? I know it’s ridiculous, but f*ck it. It makes me smile and I need positivity to keep my spirits up. Consider it radical acts of joy.
Swirling clouds, rainbow wildflowers, and magical mushrooms transport me to another place when I dreamily stare out the windows. A hanging disco ball planter in the window is easy to fill with pothos cuttings and turns any room into a sunlight-filled dance floor.
I love that my bathroom looks like it’s under the sea when the morning sun shines through the iridescent window clings. Jellyfish clings delight and calm me every time I look into the mirror.
Even my utensils, soup spoons, and glassware have an iridescent shine to them. My stash collection wouldn’t be complete without a rainbow iridescent grinder.
My favorite thing to do while high is lay back and get mesmerized by twinkling lights and a Northern Lights aurora swirling on the ceiling with this star projector.

Thinking about what I can do to build stronger community and be prepared for those who will need my help and each other. Knowing I'm met some wonderful people like you gives me hope. Although I also am terrified of the unknown and not sure if I'll keep my job or not (which means it affects my living situation etc), I have hope critical and collective consciousness will grow when all the contradictions are revealed. By rooting my efforts in my events (People Puff Politics), I strive to make a space where people can meet each other, make connections, share space to talk about issues, dismantle oppressive system and actively CREATE the future we want. We are the change we want, and I'm coping by planning for future sessions so we can grow stronger communities. Along with that project, I am making it a goal to learn how to be a better plant parent and know how to prepare healthier soil to plant edible herbs.
I feel like both in my creation of People Puff Politics and my desire to see plants grow, I'm in the stage of making the bed and preparing soil to ensure the seeds I plant have more opportunity. I think seeing a seed grow into a plant is another thing that gives me hope. So long as seeds can grow into plants, trees, and flowers, there is hope for earth ✨
