Agreed! Ardent is my favorite device and my go-to when I infuse. Perfect decarb and infusions without needing to watch a stove or time the oven.
I share the oven method as the easiest to get started, because almost everyone has access to an oven. Infusions devices like the Ardent, Levo, Magical Butter, etc. are expensive devices. Even if people can't afford one, they can still make edibles at home.
I use the Ardent to decarb. A toaster oven cycles as does an oven. These temperature swings flaw the decarb. The ardent is perfect every time.
