Using a cannabis tincture is a lot like vanilla extract, which is also made with alcohol. This is a no-churn ice cream recipe, which means no ice cream maker or fancy equipment necessary. All you need is a mixer to make whipped cream.Â
While there are several ways you could infuse ice cream using cannamilk or an oil-based tincture, an alcohol-based cannabis tincture is a good choice for ice cream because alcohol doesn’t freeze. In addition to providing the cannabis, it will give our ice cream a softer, scoopable texture. Plus, it’s just faster and easier than the hours-long process of making and cooling cannamilk.Â
