“Let’s go visit Tina at Moon Made Farms!”
Getting to her gorgeous green weed mecca in Humboldt county is a long and windy drive through the beauty of California’s lush and varied landscape. Moon Made Farms is a 9-10 hour drive from Los Angeles, and 4-5 hour drive from SF Bay Area/Oakland.
Off on an epic adventure to visit our Magu on the Mountain. Tina usually drives down to Los Angeles for our events. It was high time we made the trek to our proverbial Mount Tai to learn about the ancient art of c*nn*bis as a healing medicine.
Because we’re “lazy stoners,” our road trip (not-surprisingly) escalated into filming a Mogu Magu travel series for YouTube, “In Search of Magu.” We packed up the car with a traveling kitchen and mini production studio to meet up with modern Magus along the way, cook meals together, and spark conversation that illuminates the rich intersection of culinary, c*nn*bis, and culture.
There were lots of emotions, joyful tears, deep unexpected healing moments, hella good food made with farm fresh produce, and more weed gifts than we could carry. We captured every moment of this trip on video and can’t wait to share it with ya’ll. Screening party and series premiere — stay tuned.
